Yes, condo units are subject to availability and require advance booking.
What's the reservation fee?
To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total rental fee is needed.

Rebooking is possible. If the request for rebooking was made within 10 days of arrival, a rebooking fee will be applied.
When should the remaining balance be settled?
The remaining balance should be paid before or upon check-in.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 11:00 am, and check-out is before 9:00 am.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
