We have a reliable generator backup, 24-hour security personnel, and CCTV surveillance for added peace of mind. All units have kitchenettes, so you can cook during your stay.

We look forward to welcoming you. When you make your booking at ‘Sibol Baguio Transient’ you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

Reservation Requirements:

• Advance reservation is mandatory as transient rental is subject to availability.
• To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required.
• The remaining balance must be settled before or upon check-in.

Payment Options:

• We accept cash, bank deposits/transfers, Maya, and GCash payments.

Check-in/Check-out:

• Check-in and check-out times vary by room. Check-in can be between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, and check-out can be between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. You will receive the exact times when you book your room, or you can ask us for the specific times before booking.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested a week in advance.

• Late check-out until 6:00 pm incurs a charge of 100 pesos per hour; after 6:00 pm, one-night charge applies.

Cancellation Policy:

• The reservation fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
• If you wish to reschedule, contact us more than 10 days before your arrival date or within 48 hours of reservation.
• Rebooking is free if the room is available for the new date; otherwise, the reservation fee remains non-refundable.
• One rebooking allowed within a 1-month window from your original arrival date.
• Within 10 days of arrival, a 500 pesos rebooking fee applies.

Shortened Stay:

• Early check-out is charged for the full stay duration.

Extenuating Circumstances Policy:

• In case of confirmed extenuating circumstances, rebooking is permitted without a fee, with the duration varying based on the situation.
• If no extenuating circumstances, regular policies apply.
• Situations covered include government travel changes, emergencies, travel restrictions, hostilities, and natural disasters.
• Final decisions on extenuating circumstances are at our discretion.

We aim to be accommodating during unexpected challenges; please inform us promptly of any reservation changes.

House Rules:

• No smoking inside the unit; a P1,000.00 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
• Respect quiet hours in consideration of neighbors.
• No loud parties allowed.
• Lock doors and windows when leaving.
• Keep personal belongings secure; report any losses immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness; leave the property in good condition.
• Wash and store kitchen items before check-out.
• Use electricity and water responsibly; turn off unused lights and appliances.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• Provide photo ID before check-in; additional charges may apply for special requests.
• Inform us of your arrival time in advance.
• On-site parking available for P350.00 per night; ask for assistance if needed.
